Mistake number one: spending three years not drawing.
For three years I didn't draw from life, I just drew from imagination.  This mistake is the reason I haven't improved at all.

Mistake number two:  not sticking with the fundamentals.
If I stuck with the fundamentals I would of been a lot better than what I am now. I messed up and now I have to play catch up and I have to work twice as hard.  

Mistake number 3: being stupid  

If I wasn't a moron when I was younger I would of listened to what people said and I would have been a lot better than what I am now.

Mistake number 4: not drawing enough
I should of drawn more. The last three years are a was she of my life. I wasted three years of my life.  

Number 4: drawing to fast.
I treat everything like a gesture drawing   which everything isn't.

I decided to forgot what I learned from the pass three years and read more from Scott Roberson's book how to draw, drawing and sketching objects and environments from your imagination.   I'm trying to relearn perspective and look at is in his eyes through the book.  
Perspective is pretty hard to understand from his point of view, using a lot of math.  Which I'm not that good at math. But it's a start, when I'm done with the book I hope to understand what he is saying and learn how to draw environments from my imagination as well as from life.  

I also put a hold on learning how to draw people to focus on landscapes and objects. I'll try to learn how to draw people next year.

I started drawing in 2011.  Didn't study the fundamentals. Which was a huge mistake.   Now i am working on the fundamentals.  Which is good. But I wasted 4 years of my life. I'll never get those years back.
